This course introduces the student to the concepts and functions of the electronic flight management system (FMS), a fundamental component of modern aircraft avionics. Topics include flight plans, GPS, INS, navigation, control display units, electronic flight instrument system, and navigation displays. Prerequisite: AVT-325 (3-0-3)
