This course is an introduction to financial and contract management. Topics include analyzing financial statements and financial performance to assess the health of an organization; financial forecasting and growth management; financial markets, investment opportunities and decision-making. Contracting topics include the principles of contract negotiation, formation and enforcement; Federal and international contracts; allegations of breach; and contract law. Case studies supplement theoretical discussions. (3)
