The Applied Aircraft Accident Investigation and Failure Analysis course will cover basic accident and wreckage reconstruction methodology and techniques that aerospace engineers and other aviators can apply towards evaluating airworthiness and safety. This includes how to effectively analyze and support investigations, improve the evaluation/research of “lessons learned,” and reduce investigative and failure analysis errors. Applicable/in-depth case studies and technical references are provided throughout the course. (3)
