Introduction

Soft Skills are skills refer to non-technical skills such as interpersonal, communication, and leadership sills.  Often, the term soft skills are equated to EQ, or Emotional Quotient.

These skills are becoming more popular and more important in the professional working world, and employers are emphasizing these skills when seeking candidates.

I have created this page as a resource for our students, but students should be constantly seeking to identify and strengthen these areas.  This page is a work in progress, so if you have anything you think needs to be added, if any pages no longer work, or if you have any questions or concerns, please email careers@captechu.edu.
