Capitol Technology University's
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Course Development Qualification Form

You are being asked to complete this form because Capitol Technology University would like to qualify you to develop online courses (asynchronous) within your area of expertise. Our goal is to partner with internal and external faculty course developers who will develop original quality content based on Capitol's rapid design process (9-12 weeks). Once you are qualified to develop a course, you will receive a contract and will be required to complete Capitol's SME training that is based in Canvas (approx. 30 minutes long). You will then be provided with a Capitol email (if you don't already have one), access to OneDrive, access to the development course in Learn@Capitol (Canvas), and you will work directly with a member of Capitol's instructional design team.

If you have any issues using this form, contact learn@captechu.edu.
