Summer Housing Opportunities

Capitol Technology University offers summer housing to current students and to students visiting the Baltimore/Washington DC region for the summer to participate in internships or co-ops.

Housing is offered on a first come first serve basis.  Please complete the appropriate housing application and agreement and return the documents to residencelife@CapTechU.edu, fax to 301-953-3876, or mail to Office of Student Life, Capitol Technology University, 11301 Springfield Rd., Laurel, MD 20708.  Please allow at least 3 business days for an assignment to be made.  The Office of Student Life is available to answer questions at 240-965-2490. 

 

Non-Resident Forms

Please use these forms if you are not currently a resident of Capitol Technology University's housing. You must complete both forms and an housing deposit to secure a room assignment.  You must make the first rent payment prior to checking-in to your summer housing assignment.

Current Capitol Student and Resident Forms

Please use these forms if you are currently a resident and student of Capitol Technology University. You must submit both forms and confirm you have a $200 security deposit on file before you secure a housing assignment.  You must make the first rent payment prior to checking-in to your summer housing assignment.
