We invite Capitol Tech students taking Summer Session courses and interns working in the surrounding area to stay in our apartment-style building, with single, double, and triple bedroom options available! Each apartment is fully-furnished with shared living space and kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator & freezer, garbage disposal, A/C with individual climate control. 

Residents also have access to a variety of amenities and resources within the building and on campus:

• Dedicated Study Rooms
• Cardio Room
• Laundry Facilities
• Personal Mailboxes
• Volleyball Net, Full-Sized Soccer Goals, Lacrosse Nets, Pool Table, and more Recreation Equipment!

Important Dates:

Summer Transition Day(s): May 4th-6th, 2026 (for current Cap Tech Residents)

Non-Cap Tech Students Move-In: Varies

Accepting Applications: January 5th, 2026

Applications Close: July 10th, 2026

Please DO NOT apply if you DO NOT want to live in Innovators for the summer.

To apply for summer housing, complete the application, download and initial and sign the housing license and indicate your reason for needing summer housing. 

ALL Summer Residents must have a 4-week minimum on file per Housing License PRIOR to arrival!
