Graduation Fee

The graduation fee is $150 for bachelor's degrees and $75 for associate's degrees. It is a mandatory, nonrefundable, one-time (per degree) fee and due April 15 prior to Spring commencement for spring graduates and the end of the semester for summer and fall graduates. Diploma and transcripts will be held if graduation fee has not been paid.

Statement of Student Responsibilities for Graduation

My initials indicate that I have read the Capitol Technology University catalog for policies and information concerning graduation requirements. I understand my responsibilities to complete graduation requirements and to participate in commencement exercises. I acknowledge that this application is valid for only one academic year. In the event that I do not graduate within a year of applying, I am responsible for submitting a new application and will not be eligible for graduation or degree conferral again without doing so. Students taking summer courses must be enrolled for all remaining courses by April 15 to be eligible to participate in Spring commencement; courses being taken external to Capitol require proof of enrollment submitted directly to Capitol from that school by April 15th.
