-Payment plans open for enrollment one month prior to the first day of classes. 
- Please note enrollment in our payment plan is only offered for 30 days after the first payment due date.

**If you neglect to enroll in our payment plan via transact by the first day of classes and do not pay in full, a deferment fee of $30 will be assessed to your account. Every 30 days payment is not received in full and your account has a balance due, a $25 Late Fee will be charged.**

Summer 2025 Semester:

• Term 1 Payment Due Dates: May 5, June 2
• Term 2 Payment Due Dates: June 30, July 28
• Semester long courses Payment Due Dates: May 5, June 2, June 30

Fall 2025 Semester:

• Term 1 Payment Due Dates: September 2, September 29
• Term 2 Payment Due Dates: October 27, November 18
  
• Semester long courses Payment Due Dates: September 2, September 29, October 28

Spring 2026 Semester:

• Term 1 Payment Due Dates: Jan 5, Feb 2
• Term 2 Payment Due Dates: March 2, March 30
• Semester long courses Payment Due Dates: Jan 5, Feb 2, March 2

Accounts that do not receive payment by the final day of class are subject to be turned over to an outside collections agency. The account holder is liable for the additional collection costs once the account is released to the collections agency.

Guest Payers can pay on a student account via this website as long as they are aware of the student's ID number and last name.
