
Charissa Eze is a dedicated Program Coordinator of Career Services and Employer Relations at Capitol Technology University, where she plays a vital role in connecting students with career opportunities, preparing them for the workforce, and organizing professional development events. With a strong background in computer science and networking, Charissa brings a unique blend of technical expertise and career support to her role.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Capitol Technology University with a 4.0 GPA, Charissa has developed skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and C++. Her technical background is complemented by hands-on experience in career coaching, event planning, resume reviews, and employer engagement. She actively assists students in securing internships and job opportunities, ensuring they are well-prepared for their professional journeys.
Charissa’s experience also includes participation in the CISCO Networking Academy, where she gained expertise in routing, switching, subnetting, and troubleshooting enterprise networks. She has held leadership roles in student organizations such as the Vex Robotics Club and the Black Student Union, demonstrating her commitment to both technical excellence and community engagement.
