Larry Wright serves as the Director of Career Development and Employer Relations

Larry Wright serves as the Director of Career Development and Employer Relations at Capitol Technology University, where he is committed to providing students and alumni with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to achieve career success. With extensive experience in career services, employer relations, and academic advising, Larry has developed and implemented strategic programs that connect students with meaningful employment opportunities.

Prior to joining Capitol Technology University, Larry held leadership roles in the Education and Nonprofit sector of the DMV area. Throughout his career, he has designed career development programs, built employer partnerships, facilitated job placement initiatives, and led professional development workshops. Larry specializes in structural design for professional development, academic curriculum planning, and fostering inclusive career services that support diverse student populations.

With a strong background in program development, budgeting, and fundraising, Larry continues to enhance career services by expanding employer engagement strategies, developing career resources, and ensuring students are equipped with the skills needed to excel in today’s job market. He remains dedicated to connecting students with industry professionals and providing valuable career guidance to prepare them for long-term success.

Charissa Eze is a dedicated Program Coordinator of Career Services and Employer Relations

Charissa Eze is a dedicated Program Coordinator of Career Services and Employer Relations  at Capitol Technology University, where she plays a vital role in connecting students with career opportunities, preparing them for the workforce, and organizing professional development events. With a strong background in computer science and networking, Charissa brings a unique blend of technical expertise and career support to her role.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Capitol Technology University with a 4.0 GPA, Charissa has developed skills in programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and C++. Her technical background is complemented by hands-on experience in career coaching, event planning, resume reviews, and employer engagement. She actively assists students in securing internships and job opportunities, ensuring they are well-prepared for their professional journeys.

Charissa’s experience also includes participation in the CISCO Networking Academy, where she gained expertise in routing, switching, subnetting, and troubleshooting enterprise networks. She has held leadership roles in student organizations such as the Vex Robotics Club and the Black Student Union, demonstrating her commitment to both technical excellence and community engagement.

With a passion for student success, career readiness, and workforce development, Charissa strives to create opportunities that empower students to reach their full potential. She is committed to fostering a supportive and resourceful career services environment at Capitol Technology University.
