The Office of Career Services offers free services to employers who want to recruit our students.
Capitol Technology University's Career Center and Job Board platform Symplicity, equips employers with all the necessary job-search tools conveniently located in one place. The platform can be accessed on your mobile devices. In addition to postings, employers can leverage the dashboard view to access a quick overview of important dates tailored to their specific needs – and even view announcements explicitly targeted based on their posts, interviews, and career events. In addition, students and alumni have now have pre-populated accounts already created by the University. Employers can access resume books search fro students and view their profiles.
Once you are in the system you should complete your account. It is like an online portfolio that you can share with students so that they will be able to find you directly. The event tab allows you to see upcoming events, you can see what students will be at the career fair (RVSP's) or any active workshops or events. Additionally, you can view upload documents (resumes, cover letters, and transcripts) from students who have opted-in to the Resume Book.
Register your company at the Online Career Center to give us information regarding an opening.
Job descriptions will be posted in the Online Career Center for at least 30 days, during which students and alumni can independently apply for the position. We also try to match the job description with the resumes we have on file. Your company can be added to our mailing lists to receive information about ongoing career events at Capitol Technology University.
