Transcript requests will be processed via National Student Clearinghouse: https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/ficecode/00143600. The total fee for all transcripts is $10 per copy payable through NSC with a debit or credit card. Please note that transcript requests made during grade collection may be delayed until grades are processed. Transcript requests from students with a hold from the business office and/or financial aid cannot be processed.
Contact the Office of Registration and Records for copy of your degree tracking sheet. If you think you are within two semesters of completing your requirements, you must apply for graduation after which you will receive an official graduation audit.
Contact the Office of Registration and Records and speak with the transfer/graduation specialist. If the transfer/graduation specialist is unable to help you, you will be referred to the appropriate department chair.
Complete a change in degree form in the Office of Registration and Records. Your department chair must approve all program change requests.
